Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead guarantees a time slot. You can book online in under a minute or call us at (973) 844-9090.
How long do most repairs take?
Oil changes, tire rotations, and minor services are usually done same-day. Brakes and most repairs take 2–4 hours. Major engine or transmission work may take 1–3 days. We will give you an estimated time when you drop off.
Will you give me a price quote before doing the work?
Always. We inspect, diagnose, and call you with a written estimate. No work happens until you approve. No surprises.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — we stand behind our work. Most repairs come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. We also work with most extended warranty providers including AAA.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bridgestone, Check. Major credit cards, checks, and Bridgestone financing are all welcome.
Do you service foreign cars?
Yes. We service all makes and models, foreign and domestic — including European brands like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Volvo, plus Asian imports.
Do you do inspections for used cars I am thinking of buying?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are one of the smartest things you can do before buying a used car. We thoroughly inspect mechanical, electrical, and structural condition and give you a written report.
My check engine light is on — is it serious?
It depends. A solid light usually indicates a non-emergency issue (like a loose gas cap or a sensor). A flashing light means you should pull over and call us. Either way, drop by and we will scan it for free with our diagnostic equipment.
How often should I change my oil?
Most modern cars run 5,000–7,500 miles between conventional oil changes, and 7,500–10,000 with full-synthetic. Check your owner's manual or ask us — we will set a schedule that protects your engine without overspending.
Do you do state inspections?
